Good job waypoint web team!

Maybe these are old changes, but I noted them recently and appreciate them. There’s now a recent screenshots section, like what bungie.net used to have, so I don’t need to upload each screenshot to fileshare, then download it on computer, and remove from fileshare to upload another screenshot. That’s a great feature I’m glad y’all were able to bring it over here. And more on fileshares…it seems like I can now add my own files directly from my fileset, rather than having to do some stupid workaround with tagging it, searching for that tag, then adding to a set from there.

And then I was checking through the playlist specific stats you guys have, and the last time I tried it there were a ton of stupid bugs where things wouldn’t display right, filters would be broken, sorting would make formatting/layout weird. But now all those things (at least the ones I remembered causing trouble) seem resolved. So, nice job! I like these bugs being fixed.

And it looks like you did some stuff behind the scenes so that game history links should automatically include my gamertag in them, even while browsing my own history. Which isn’t as great as having the game history work independent of a gamertag… I’m pretty sure this system will still get destroyed pretty hard if people change their gamertag after giving somebody a link. But at least it lets people share their links easier. Progress is nice!

Progress is very nice and I’m very glad to see Waypoint add new things. Personally, I wish some of the older features would return like the member counter in each forum, the search function, how many people are online, etc. E3 took a tole on this site and I really hope the site can take even more members after Halo 4 comes out. Im sure they are working on new things and improving the site so all we can do is wait and watch.

Im excited to see where Waypoint is headed.

Indeed these simplistic features are greatly appreciated. I only hope that the Waypoint team is ready for the release date of Halo 4. As E3 will be nothing in comparison to the amount of activity on these forums when H4 releases. I suspect we will get a taste of what it will be like, come October 5th, when Forward Unto Dawn releases.

Indeed. But I’d prefer stability more than anything.

I hope there’s a site overhaul when Halo 4 comes out/when it’s about to come out and it makes it visually appealing as well as delivering excellent performance to handle the large amounts of people.

I think I just spoke on behalf of the Halo Waypoint community…

Well the forums on desktop look all weird for me…

Still, this site in it’s nearly two years hahs had a lot of changes and overhauls.

Ever since I saw the moderators in action when I was moving from bungie to here I knew Waypoint was going to be awesome website changes or not

Confirmed by Frank. Is sad that they changet the topic before he could give more details… but he said, around launchtime expect changes. (Maybe are just small changes… who know)

Interview with Frank

Yes…we are making PROGRESS!
