Well I can say that you made a hell of a job with the rifles, but the automatics got shad on.

Its even more redundantly pointless to play with an automatic weapon.

well you know the automatics do kill in 3 less bullets now with reduced auto aim… so maybe you just cant aim with them now? the AR seemed pretty powerful when i picked it off a guy i just killed

And the spread is reduced so the actual kill-time at a certain distance is even more reduced.

Not sure what you’re seeing. Just used a Storm Rifle and it seemed considerably more powerful in close quarters.

Automatics feel great. You gotta aim them now (!) but the power increase is obvious.

please explain to me how automatics have been buffed when i can get the drop on someone from behind with the AR, they haven’t got room to jump around and they still get the kill on me from just outside melee range, at that range when they can’t dodge if the AR had been buffed on damage they should be dead without a melee…

You crazy? I kill people with the AR mid range as quick as i do with the new br. The damage is crazy and the accuracy.

I just did a quick custom game with the TU Settings (I could tell since the BR is a 4sk), and the AR shedded the other guy at 15 meters with burst firing. It’s pretty good, and I’ve noticed that you need the CROSSHAIRS on the person to actually hit them, not the entire melon-sized reticule.

I’m laughing so hard at the people complaining about automatic weapons in the update. If you are having trouble getting kills with them, it’s because you can’t aim.

I haven’t tried using the automatics much yet. Only used storm rifle once or twice and the AR a couple times. They feel more powerful than ever but they are definitely more difficult to aim now. Fine by me, but I have a feeling the storm rifle will be reduced to muzzel-stuff range since its aim assist is reduced and the projectiles travel slow. It was already somewhat difficult to pull off kills outside of very close range with it.

And I haven’t even touch the suppressor yet, I bet that thing is more useless than ever.
