I bought the pre ordered halo5 to find out it didn’t work it was corrupted never to finish downloading went up to 215% before I cancelled the download.
That does not mean that the game is broken…it just means you have a corrupted file…I am sure you can probably get it replaced with no extra charge if you contact support. (And by that I mean perhaps waiting for them to reply on this forum post before you give up)

Microsoft couldn’t fix the issue just refund
Theirs no way of contacting 343 about this I bet they won’t even help fix
They get around to the forum posts as far as I have seen…just keep monitoring this to see if they leave a response…either that or contact Microsoft about it.

Well they sure can’t fix a corrupted file for you…I would get a refund then get a new digital edition / disc and call it a day. I am pretty sure that they cannot do anything about a corrupted file. Delete Halo 5 from your harddrive and reinstall. If that doesn’t work get your refund and move on.
