This should’ve been a brilliant game, yet 343i stupidity has ruined it. Why have decent playlists been replaced with inferior less fun ones? Why is the file shares not accessible from the start? Why are we still getting server issues? And why is the DMR so OP?
They really REALLY should have had a beta to fix this garbage they label a Halo game.
DMR beats everything, Flood is crap compared to infection, Regicide is crap compared to FFA, we still have no Grifball/Swat/Team Doubles/Multi Team or Mosh Pit. And the ‘skill match’ system is hopeless, I’m a mediocre player put against people who dominate and are 2/3 times the level i am.
Yeah, it’s a new game, but com’ on, these issues should’ve been thought of and more importantly FIXED.
The true skill system needs time to accuratly calculate skill. Give it some time and keep playing. It will get more accurate with more data. As for the playlists, they are rotating them on an almost weekly basis. Swat is coming next week if I remember correctly. They will also be paying attention to the popularity of the rotating playlists and may make some of the rotating ones permanant while turning some of the permanant ones into rotational playlists. Give the game some time to gather data and improve. As for the DMR being OP realise that you can choose to spawn with it. Also I have seen that the BR is better at slightly closer ranges. Also the carbine seems to be really good for those with a really rapid trigger finger. Make loadouts that are good for different ranges and choose them depending on the maps. That should handle most of your issues.
