Ten dual launcher wolverines don’t seem to be able to counter them. Haven’t tested vampires.
Wolverines are godly.
But I’m not sure what population count we’re talking about here. Specifics are important.
And unless you’re playing 3s, you shouldn’t be seeing hawks at all if you’re playing well.

The best defense against hawks is not letting them get hawks. Wolves, vamps and cryos are good, but hawks are cheap to rebuild.
