Good Chance of 2 Discs

With the discussion of Infinity being the hub for all of Multiplayer such as
-Spartan Ops
-War Games
-Customs
-Forge
there seems to be a good chance of 2 discs.
-Disc 1: Campaign
-Disc 2: Infinity
In interviews and trailer they have said that all of your multiplayer will revolve around Infinity so it could make sense that there will be two discs. Also the E3 Demo showed the Main Menu which had Campaign only (I understand that they were only showcasing Campaign but it is something to consider)

IMO, I would like this because that means more content of course and it could make the Multiplayer “Hub” more special as it could have it’s own Main Menu, Loading Screens, etc. to immerse you into the Infinity experience.

If your lazy enough they could possibly have an option to download Disc 2 into your HD and you would only need Disc 1 to load everything but there would be an option to start it up in the Main Menu of the Campaign disc. However, this would also be good if you accidently lost the second disc or something lol.

What are your thoughts? Would you want this? Think this is a possibility?

It will be all one disc. They just call the Multiplayer Infinity because that is the UNSC ship that the multiplayer story is based around. No need for two discs.

Spartan ops I’m think is just dlc you get every week, not on disc. So if anything they should have more room due to the lack of firefight.

I think it would be a good idea. If the campaign proves to be as awesome as we all hope, then the work put into it would not degrade the multiplayer experience either.

It wouldnt bother me if there was 2 disks but it’ll probably be one. Hopefully though, the next Xbox will use blu-ray so multiple disks wouldnt even be any issue.

Seeing how the main menu of the E3 build only says campaign on it, I think we could easily see a split up between campaign and Infinity on separate discs. However they easily could’ve just stuck the campaign build on one disc and multiplayer/spartan-ops builds on others for people to play.

I wouldn’t mind it though. When ODST came out I swapped boxes w/ Halo 3 so I got a campaign disk and multiplayer disk that I’ve had no trouble with.
