Good at SWAT/SNIPERs? Help!

I am sick of AWFUL TEAM MATES and JIP (made topics on them)
I will do really well most times and go positive most games but my team mates will do nothing. Sometimes i will be MVP, but my team mates will go like -10 or something worse.

Thats why i posted here as I am looking for some good team mates on SWAT or SNIPERS. If anyone or clans can help my team mate issue please let me know!

A TG person!
Before i was offered to join TGW. I played a game with one of the TG guys and i did enjoy it. Unfortunatley, i forgot about TG, sorry.

I am involved with another this time, but if it all does not work out i will consdier TG, if thats fine?
