Golden REQ Pack -Didn't recieve after buying

Hi 343i,

About 10 hours ago i bought 2 Golden REQ Packs from the ingame store, but after paying them i didnt recieve them. Is this a common problem?

Can you guys fix this and give me my packs?

Same happened to me. I was just unlocking -Yoink- armor and helmets so I ended up rage buying two gold packs and they didn’t show up. I’m going to contact microsoft about it.

I just bought 7 gold req packs. None showed up.

Edit: I think they might be doing something because now I can’t even access online modes on Halo 5.
