I attempted purchasing a gold pack. It tried going through but didn’t open. No error, no cards. Tried again thinking it may have just glitched. Tried again. Same thing. Lastly I tried buying one on xbox.com and it said it went through this time but again no REQ pack. Looked at my email and I have 3 separate charges and no gold packs.

As far as I can tell there isn’t a way to direct message a support guy. I was told just start a topic and someone would update me. Sorry you’re in the same boat man.
