Hello, I bought the 10 Req packs plus the three free ones. I was able to open all them except for one. It’s just stuck there. Anything I can do?
It is probably the req pack you have to gift. MS gave all of us a pack that cannot be opened only gifted. Is it label gift only or something like that?
