Earlier I purchased a Gold ($2.99) pack and rather than the pack opening etc…I got an error “unable to …”. No confirmation email came in so I tried again with the same results. Then 2 purchase confirmations popped into my email for the 2 separate purchases. NO REQ PACKS? Just an error and a charge on my CC. How would one resolve this?
It’s a pretty widespread issue that’s been going on since day 1. 343 has acknowledged that they are “aware of the issue and investigating” but no further word or solution has been offered from them yet. I too am a victim of this, as I never received my $25 Warzone Bundle (but they took my money no problem). It is extremely sleazy of them to continue letting players purchase REQ packs with actual money, knowing full-well that there is a major glitch in the system preventing some from receiving them. Shut down the REQ store until you have it solved, 343.
Yes, seeing that this is a known issue with no resolution certainly will prevent me from making any further cash purchases. Burn me on once shame on you…and I already bought 2 packs. Doh!
