How hard is it to get weapon skins from gold req packs? Just open 20 and there was not a single weapon skin, only armor, warzone garbage and some arena boosters.
I recommend holding off on Gold Packs until you unlock everything using Bronze and Silvers first, you’ll get more for your Req Points that way.

thats exactly what I would say
There’s also literally a few hundred items you can get and like 40 weapon skins. Think about the odds if you barely have anything unlocked.
Okay. But gold packs should have been containing better loot. You get more loot, but it’s just trash.
A lot of people say what to do(get bronze, then silver, then gold) but I’ll help you understand why:
How it works is you start off with a very, very large pool of permanent REQs to unlock. There’s a ton of common REQs, uncommon and rare, and legendary. Bronze packs are capable of unlocking common REQs. Silver packs are capable of unlocking common to rare REQs. Gold packs are capable of unlocking rare to legendary REQs. Because silver is much cheaper than gold and bronze is much cheaper than silver, you want to get all of the REQs that both silver and bronze could unlock through bronze REQs- which will result in your silver purchases only unlocking cool stuff bronze couldn’t get you. The same applies to silver and gold- you want to make sure you unlock every REQ that could be unlocked from both a gold pack or a silver pack from silver packs.
Through this process of elimination, when you do complete the all of the bronze REQs, this will only leave you with the more rare cool stuff when you unlock silvers. When you then complete unlocking the rest of what the silver pack can unlock, this will ensure only some really really awesome stuff is available in the list of REQs the gold pack can randomly choose from to give you.
You will know you have completed a REQ tier(bronze or silver) when they begin giving you RP instead of permanent unlocks.
Its supposed to take a while to unlock everything, remember the 20,000,000 cR needed to unlock Haunted in Reach? I still never got it. It gives the game longevity for completionists.

Trash according to you. The system wasn’t designed to please just a single user.

He’s level 24 and just bought 20 gold packs. It’s safe to say he probably didn’t use REQ points in the first place.
Like everyone else has said, you’re better off getting Bronze, then Silver, then Gold. I’m on Gold now and I’m just getting Ultra Rare stuff most of the time.
Good morning Pie!
I’m torn on my personal opinion on the Req system. On one hand, I like the chance of unlocking some really cool stuff early on (one of my first packs included the Banshee Ultra Certification) but on the other hand, I kind of wish there was either a specific unlock ladder like we’re used to, or a point buy system in place. I have all SAW variants unlocked, but no Scattershots, and I would rather have the Scattershots. All in all, I don’t mind the system in place.
If you don’t mind. I’m going to just throw this here for you
Yup that’s the REQ system for ya.
Until you open all your Bronze packs and then all your Silver Packs thats what’s going to happen
