Gold REQ Pack disappeared

Hi!

This is the first time that I post in the forums and I apologise in advance if my english is kind of bad, it’s not my natal language.

This afternoon I was playing Warzone and after earning some REQ points I decided to buy a couple gold packs, with the first one everything was fine but when I bought the second gold pack there was an error saying that it was not possible to open the pack even though it was purchased successfully and that I would go to the “inventory” (not sure if it’s the right word) later and open it, then I played another match on warzone and after that I tried to open the pack but it was gone.

Has someone had this kind of problem?

Hi OP, when things like this happen don’t worry as your items will automatically go into your REQ inventory, it just skips the opening animations of the pack :slight_smile:

It’s good to know that the items went to the inventory, though I won’t know if I got something new… there are too many things and I can’t remember all of them LOL
