I got 2 codes for gold REQ pack and the first code downloaded and got my pack the second code was redeemed but did not get a download and no REQ pack, been talking and chatting with xbox support and everything is fine on their end the codes showed redeemed in my account but only the 1st code was downloaded and showed in halo 5 add on the second code did not download and is not in queue or add ons in halo 5 please help
