Anyone else having issues with purchasing the Gold REQ pack bundles? I bought the 7X bundle and did not receive a single REQ pack. The money has, however, been taken out of my account.
Have you tried hard resetting your Xbox One? That seems to work for most
The packs are not even showing up here.
And yes. I tried a hard reset to no avail.
Just wait a few hours, this happens to people and 343 is always aware of it. If you got charged you WILL get the REQ packs just give it time.
I have waited 5 days now and still no req packs.
