Gold Req card error

Just purchased a gold req card using RP points. When it purchased I got an error saying it couldn’t be opened and to try again. When I went back to open the card, I got another error saying it had already been opened. Now the card is missing and the points have been taken.

What do I do now?

Generally when issues like this happen, the items do still get added to your inventory you just skip the opening animation. You can either hard reset your console or check your REQ items here on Waypoint to find the new items :slight_smile:
