This is about the 5th gold pack i’ve bought with req points that first say it’s been bought but can’t open at this time, then I go to open it and says it’s already been opened. This has happened a lot with gold packs and even some silver packs. Just thought that it’s stupid that when working for a large portion of the game to get packs in the end gives you nothing from them.
Check in your collection to make sure things haven’t been added. Also if a pack fails to open usually two things can happen. 1. the pack opens and will show up later in your collection or 2. you get back your req points. This can take time. That’s how it has worked for me. The req system is not perfect at all. Sometimes just getting all the way out of the game and going back in they show up. It all varies. If none of this is happening then maybe calling xbox support might help. But its hit and miss with them. Make sure you are hard wired and not using wireless and make sure your Nat is set to Open. This game has to be on a very solid and uninterrupted connection. If not you will experience all sorts of issues here and there. Good luck!
