I have been grinding the game, for getting all the unlockables, and up today I advanced a lot.
From some time now, I had to buy gold packs for the legendary items.
But today my gold packs didnt unlock anything, but give me Req points plus weapons/vehicules.
I still have some armors, heads, skins, emblems locked ( even Rare items).
What I have to do now?
You have probably unlocked everything you can unlock except for a couple exclusive helmets, armors, skins etc that you can’t get anymore. As for the emblems they have to be earned individually. Google the requirements for emblems. I am missing 2 helmets and 3 armors ( I think) plus a bunch of emblems and skins. Some skins can be purchased thru the Xbox live store (pro skins etc.)
Some are locked regardless. E.g. protector is locked. Some you can only unlock through the HCS packs. Which explains why some things are still locked.

Achilles requires you to be a part of the a company and grind for commendations. Another armor required you to get one of the HCS packs and another required you to have watched the HCS finals last year. Some of the skins are only available in premium packs or the HCS pack. A list of emblems and how to get them is here.
A bunch come with commendations so work on those the rest are as everyone has said above
Congratulations! That means you have completed unlocking all the items available in the REQ pool.
The rest of the items not unlocked are exclusives or require you to complete accommodations (all accommodations are emblems).
It sounds like you are saying this as if it is a bad thing. You have everything unlocked that you can and now you are reaping the benefits of building up your Req bank. If you still have rare or below items available to be unlocked then try opening some silver packs or bronze to see if you get them or a rebate. Other than that, put your feet up and enjoy not having to worry about Req points ever again! Congrats!

Congrats… The only ones you have to unlock now are being in company for the Achilles armor and do all your personal commendations to get the emblems. Plus you get emblems for each level your SR goes up. I’m at 148 now, I have over 1,200,000 RP and tons of vehicles and weapons to play with.
You’re done with all the unlocks. The stuff ya need is probably available through packs like the HCS pack and unlockable through commendations
