Just bought 5 gold packs with money and none of the packs opened. Saw my back account was charged. Checked my collections and didnt find anything new. Gold pack started to open each time then just disappeared. Could i just have my packs please?
Bought the 10 + 3 gold pack. None of the packs openend en are now nowhere to be found. Hope you guys can help me out here.

I’m in the same boat. Give them 24-48 hours to make it right, then reverse the charge.
same here still no gold packs bought 4 of them
have the same problem, yet there won’t be any way to charge back MS points:(
