At least most of the USA will be awake this time around, so they have no reason to skimp out on codes.

Eastern standard time is only an hour ahead of Central Standard Time so that will be nice.

I just now saw this HaloWC Mexico City Details, FFA, and More update here on Waypoint. According to this the event will only be streamed on Saturday and Sunday. I will keep looking for more info and clarification, but it looks like Friday is out for some Gold pack, HCS goodness.
Edit: I went ahead and removed Friday from the schedule on the OP. Since this thread is about helping each redeem the codes Friday won’t help for that. I will still be watching through the Gfinity site. Friday is one of the only days I can watch.
Just a quick question: are the gold packs earned by codes giftable? I have a complete armoury but would like to send some to a friend if its possible.

No they are not giftable. But just make sure your friend watches for the codes and they can enter them online, basically the same thing.

They just need internet access during the streams. Go to Halo.gg and enter the codes. Keep in mind the codes are only good for a few minutes when they are given.

It doesn’t produce thruster sound effects, and the Sniper isn’t visible on the back, from what I’ve heard on the forums. I’m assuming that’s what they mean by the advantages.

Okay thanks for that. I realize this is somewhat of an HCS thread, but only in terms of the Gold packs given out during the tournaments. Let’s please try to keep it on topic so we don’t run the risk of a thread lock.
