yeah… not all items are in the req system. you need to get it from finishing halo 2’s “cairo station” in the MCC.

Nvm have regular not the scarred. I dont have MCC so ill never get it

At least you’ll be ready for Hammer Storm! But seriously you need to play Cairo Station from Halo 2 on MCC to get the armor. If you don’t own MCC then I am sorry.

Borrow the game from a friend. Or log in on your account from a friend’s house and do the mission there.
