Gold Pack Purchase Error

I decided to purchase the 7 Gold Req packs + 2 Free bundle, but when the transaction finished the game told me there was an error and the transaction didn’t go through. However, I received an email stating that I just recently purchased the pack. Am I going to get my 9 Gold Packs or did I just lose 20$?

Is there any way I can contact 343 support directly, or is the only way through here? I still have not received the gold packs and want my 20$ back.
