343 when I log tonight after downloading the update. I went and open my gold pack and game crashed while it was opening. When i launch back the game i didnt have the gold pack but i dont see any new items on my collection. I hope this gets fixed. > . <
This is a semi common issue OP - if you hard reset your console the items from the pack should be in your inventory. Although the game crashed, you simply skip the opening animation of the pack, you still get the items. Hard resetting your console should make them appear, or you can check your inventory here on Waypoint

Go to service record and you should see a link titled requisitions in the nav bar.
