I bought the 34x Gold pack a couple minutes ago and it kept loading for about 15 minutes, I reset my Xbox and the gold packs are nowhere to be found, but my card was charged for it.
I had a similar situation happen yesterday with a prepaid download code for a 15x gold pack REQ bundle. Still no packs showing… I reached out to Xbox Support. They validated that the code was redeemed successfully, and that I would have to post on this forum in order to get my REQ packs fixed.
