Gold pack issues

So I got 2 gold packs in a row. Both only gave one unlock. Ideas?

I assume you didn’t receive a REQ points card within either of those packs?

UPDATE: Apparently I missed the fact I was near my common/uncommon/rare max. I just can’t unlock what silver offers anymore. Sorry folks!
