I was hoping someone could help me out and get me my pack that I bought with in game currency.
When I bought my gold pack with 10,000req earned from in game play. I recieved a message stating, ‘‘I was unable to buy it at this time’’ but, It somehow bought it anyway.
So I checked to see if I had it in ‘‘my packs’’ and yes it is there however, when I try to open it, it says ‘‘REQ PACK ALREADY OPENED’’ but I have recieved no items.
Also the pack is there in ‘‘my packs’’ under the requistion tab on the xbox one, but according to my halowaypoint profile on pc I don’t have any packs to open.
I have two recordings of the error, find them in my videos under the gammer tag (Bubze3).
- The 1st message stating ‘‘I cant buy the pack at this time’’
- And the Second message stating ‘‘REQ PACK ALREADY OPENED’’ altho I have recieved nothing.
If anyone gets me my pack back I thank you in advance.

The items were added into your inventory. You can check here via WP or via Xbox.
Happened to me once. Check your collection, you should have the 2 items you unlocked with the Gold Pack despite the bug.
Okay I have actually recieved the pack now that I have scanned my collection lol, sorry I’m such a noob, but I would have never of noticed if it hadn’t of gave me the obvious ‘‘Ghost ultra certifation’’.
And the packs still ‘‘jammmed there’’
Plus, If the halo team wants to not recieve abuse from kids that don’t recieve obvious vertification in the future (Halo 6), they should add a more detailed way to check if you got a pack or not, specially if your spending real money. It would save the team a tone hell amount of abuse they dont need and clear up time to fix more urgent errors like, the major lag issues stopping people from playing the game which kills the market of halo when people get fed up with it.
Anyway, I’m not fused, Its just a suggestion I’m sure people heard a billion times, thanks for the help dudes.
