For the new update I decided to go ahead and buy a gold X3 pack, but I didn’t have anything to open…anyone else have this problem too?
Even though i haven’t purchased anything i haven’t encountered this problem. Maybe their store are just a bit eiffy after the update, im sure you will get your packs
I just bought the 10 + 3 free and I don’t have any of the 13 packs that I should have gotten. I’ve checked my Microsoft account and I have been charged for them. Help ?
Yeah, I purchased the 15X Gold Pack for $44.99, but none of it has appeared. I checked my bank account, and the money was taken out. I also received the confirmation email saying the transaction went through, so I don’t know why my REQ Packs haven’t shown up.
Also having this problem, hopefully it will be sorted soon!!

Hey folks, try hard resetting your consoles and see if the items show up, or check your unopened packs here on Waypoint to see if they appear there

Nope, nothing shows on here either, still have a £16 hole in my life… Not much money, but it’s the principle of it
having that a lot just hard reset your console and it should work
Yep, the hard restart worked.
Items were just in my inventory. Didn’t show what all I got, but I know I got my reqs.
That’s great to hear OP. Sounds like it just skipped the opening animation of the packs then

I know there is a lot of animosity towards 343, but I’m glad they are listening to the comunity and taking action to what needs it.
Well they sorted my issue, so i’m happy! 
I’ve tried it all from Hard Resetting to contacting Microsoft Support twice, but I still haven’t gotten my
Halo 5: Guardians – Counter Logic Gaming REQ Pack.
EDIT: Contacted Microsoft Support again and they managed to resolve it, had to try ordering it again, but refunding the first one.

If you got charged, its likely that the opening animation got skipped.

I bought a 15x pack bundle for 44.99. The hard reset didn’t make them appear, and there are no new items in my REQ inventory. Xbox support said the only thing I can do is post to this forum for a fix. Patiently waiting…
