please help me fix this problem
Sometimes, when opening REQ packs in-game, a glitch occurs that causes the pack to skip the opening animation. When this happens, you don’t see the items you got, but they are added to the inventory nonetheless. If the REQ does not actually open for whatever reason, it will remain in the Unopened Packs section here on Waypoint. You can alternatively open packs here on Waypoint, and the forementioned glitch doesn’t happen.
