I didn’t even spend my 7500 RP yet. Go for gold is my agenda.
Both Gold and Silver say they guarantee 2 permanent unlocks, so I’m probably going to spam Silver until I’ve unlocked at least all the weapons I need, then Gold for a chance at dem rare customizations.

That’s what I was thinking of doing as well.
Gold.
I got the Fotus Chillrose armor set, so I’m only after a couple of emblems, stances & assassinations.
Gold all the way.
I say gold, more rare stuff in there vs the silver ones. But I guess spamming silver till you get everything then working on Gold works too.

That is a pretty good idea. I honestly wouldn’t have thought of that, so thanks for the tip.
Odds are always better with the higher tier packs, same as with packs in “Ultimate Team” modes in FIFA, NHL etc. The lower packs are there to make sure if you have an itch to open a pack but can’t afford gold, you can do so but I plan on always doing Gold.
I opened a gold and got 1 blue with like 11-12+ greens. could be bad luck but just a warning

Silver, Lugia is water type which can kick Ho-oh’s butt. Also has better exclusives!

That is a good point, seeing as they have confirmed you do not have to worry about getting the same cards over and over in regards to unlocks that might be the way to go. With silvers those 2 permanent would always be 2 new items you are unlocking and Gold only guarantees the same but may have extra permanent as well, you never know.
Gold is what im saving up for. Everything else is pretty much a waste.
id rather have less rare things than more common
go with gold, I went silver and it was meh
Save your points up for a week, then spam gold packs to your heart’s content 
Probably should save for gold, but I used starting points on a silver and a few bronze. I figured I’d get a few packs out of the way so none of the meh stuff showed up in my golds. Only got a rare armor, and a few certifications. I’ll probably stick with gold from now on lol.
