I just got Halo 5 and me being a huge Halo fan was very much excited to get it. So I load in and try to open my free gift packs it gives us. It let me open all the silvers ones. But it won’t let me open my gold one. Nothing happens when I hit “A”. How do I fix this?!?!

The gift gold pack is meant to be sent to a friend. It’s not for you. Everyone got a free one to give when they were introduced. Also, you can’t gift it until you hit SR5.
I wanted to know what that gold pack did I found out that you can have two accounts and give the gold pack to your main account and do what ever you want to do with your gift one.
