Please for the love of god find a was to map it to the jump button. Its is impossible to use if you play with bumper jumper.

Just play claw, problem solved.

You have a few choices. You can limit your use of the jetpack, learn how to use it with bumper jumper (claw), or use a new control layout if jetpack is that important to your gameplay.

There’s another solution. I bought an elite controller and mapped the armor abilities button to one of the back paddles. Things like H2’s button glitches and Reach’s armor abilities are a lot smoother for me now.

That is very uncomfortable, unhealthy, and should be unorthodox

I’ve been playing claw for a decade, it’s completely fine once you get used to it. Or, as others have suggested, you can play with the modern FPS control scheme, or you can just get a controller with additional buttons on the back.

I use bumper jumper and when i did use it just clawed.

Or get a elite/scuff

Or cheaper option than the elite controller the counter strike dominator pack. 2 extra paddles.
