I laugh when someone charges me with a dmr in Anniversary maps. I take out a pistol, bam, bam, bam, dead. Another comes up behind him with an Assault Rifle, bam, bam, bam, dead. Double kill. Oh look, someone in the distance. It seems like people are forgetting the God Pistol has returned. Or maybe they just aren’t worthy to handle it’s divine power? Im having a good time in Anniversary and with this pistol… are you?
Not bad. But 343 missed the mark with weapon spawns. Power weapons need to show up with more regularity. Much like they did with Halo CE. Also, the pistol feels inconsistent. It’s better than default Reach but still not that great.
Also, the pistol kills in just two body shots after shields are dropped. That is very weak. It can make the game feel spamy. Bungie would have been killed for a move like that. It seems to be getting missed by most players.
This isn’t the CE magnum. It’s the lolmagnum. Nice try 343i.
