I unlocked the achievements Prodigy, Recruit, and Powered By Mjolnir yet when I put in the correct glyphs in classified it says they are locked still and that I must unlock the achievements first. I am not sure what is wrong but I would like my expirience for Halo 4 as I am supposed to get.

You are probably playing on Xbox 360 or One. The Recruit, Prodigy, and Able Spartan codes are for Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 only. You can enter the Flying Colors code. More info here:

Just checked your service record OP and yes, you are indeed entering the wrong glyph codes. Follow MathGuy42’s link to get the code you need.
