I personaly don’t like the glowing skins, However I did changed to bad guys colors to “Tangerine”. Now when I shoot at a user it now pretty much makes the bad guys skin completely solid “RED” the same goes for vehicles. It’s the closest I can get to seeing a “SOLID RED” user and or vehicles while shooting at them.

Tangerine might be the most aesthetically pleasing word, man what a pleasant word to read. Just real nice on the eyes.
Also that setting sounds amazing, I’ll have to remember to change that when I come back to the game when it gets new maps!

Yes The outline. Ya I have noticed when I shoot at a vehicle and or user the user and or vehicle seem to look like a “SOLID RED” when I changed to that “TANGERINE” color. 
Try pineapple for a change. Yellow is a lot better visible than red for most people. 
I tried the yellow and it does seem better but lite colors seem to blend into the Environment. That is why I chose to go with the "TANGERINE” color.
i go with cerise. i just find it easier to identify. i tried pineapple before but like @HozerDude said it seems to blend into the environment. tangerine might be a nice change though
I set the fireteam colors to be the same as my teammates. It’s one less thing to spend brainpower on in a hectic situation. I wish it could be set to a friends-only color because the fireteam system is only useful if you queue for BTB as a big group with mics.
