So I’v recently been playing a mobile game called “Eternity Warriors 4” and I noticed an interesting MMO style game mechanic which could easily be implemented into Halo’s new Warzone Firefight for sure!
Here is my Idea:
A Community based challenge which is set weekly which EVERY play can help contribute to.
-
Each week a global challenge is set for example (1 Million Warzone Firefight Waves completed or Kill warden eternal 200k times) [Not sure how the numbers would be decided but you get the idea]
-
Kind of like a weekly challenge from reach except all players can get involved. However there is no Matchmaking, you must find your own group of 12 to start with otherwise if you start it up you join alone and obviously becomes more challanging!
-
They could be themed each week as well e.g - Prometheans Wrath (Only Prometheans all week)
- Sanghili onslaught (Only elites all week)
- Dawn of he Planet of the grunts (Stupid amounts of grunts all week)
- Dead Space (All enermys are infected with flood all week) [plz]
4. The title screen each week could announce the challange and you could follow it here on waypoint
5. Ok the fun part, people can join as spartan companies. The top 10 Spartan companies will receive a special bonus req pack with maybe a title to show there contribution and maybe some high level equipment?
6. If completed everyone who participated will receive some XP and a REQ pack at the end of the week!
Its nothing game changing but it could be a great way to get people involved in large groups and have fun with the community?
Would love to hear your guys thoughts on this, feel free to take it a part and add your own ideas on how it could be improved or how you would change it up!
Thanks!
