glitched perfection ?

I just played highlands and got a perfection even though I only had 13 kills, there were no betrayals, host changes or anything untoward during the game.
I have just read a post on b.net about the same thing happening to someone else.

note that there are no penalties and two assists, but if you look at the medals there is only one assist and no running riot.
strange happenings indeed, anyone here experienced this?

Its not glitched. When you blow up a vehicle, it counts as 1 kill + however many people were in that vehicle. So you don’t actually have to kill 15 players to get a perfection. In fact, the least amount of enemies you would have to kill is 8 with atleast 7 of them being in a separate vehicle. The only part of a perfection that is glitched is that you don’t actually have to win to earn one despite the description saying you must win to earn it.
