I currently have 28 audio logs in the menus but I have only unlocked up to 25 in achievements.
I also know I’ve found all 29 audio logs I need to but only got the 28 in game. I’ve spent about half the day making sure I didn’t miss anything. So I’m sorta screwed on this.
I have over 20 audio logs glitched because one got stuck on, “Done, Unlocking…”
Yep, got the achievement for collecting #30. But never for #29. And it’s not Done! Unlocking. Therefore, I didn’t get the achievement for all 30 either.
And I have gone through the campaign one more time going to ALL of them. And none is yellow so they’ve all been collected already.
Annoying.

Well I’m glad it isn’t just me with stuck Audio Log achievements. #7 and #9 got stuck for me but I also have the rest of them, including Record Store… Hopefully a fix is on the way!!

Wisening Up doesn’t show any progress. And Record Store Owner stuck at 96%.
Disappointing considering how basically flawless this launch was compared to MCC.
I found all 30 audio logs.
However, the achievements didn’t unlock for 4 of the 30 logs.
I was able to reach and activate the 30th log, however the achievement didn’t unlock.
I’m missing the 5th, 6th, 27th and the 30th log).

I’ve got a similar problem… Found all the Audio Logs but only two of my achievements are stuck on, “Done, Unlocking…” - Audios Logs #7 and #9
Similar situation. Found all 30 audio logs. The 30th is at “Done. Unlocking…” and Record Store Owner is at 28/30 in the in-game tracker, but 93% in the achievement tracker.
I’ve still got two stuck audio log achievements that are, “Done, Unlocking…” And know 7 of my friends have the same problem… Plus I’ve seen 5 people in here complaining about the same issue so we know it’s a wide spread thing.
I’m really looking forward to a response from 343i, something-anything about this that they’re looking into it… I’ve sent Bravo a few Tweets about this but haven’t received a response yet.

I was missing #29 and achievement for ALL. I asked a friend his gamertag and password. I logged his account on my Xbox first so he became the main profile. With my second controller, I added my profile as the second player. I loaded Mombasa Steets with HIS profile therefore I was in HIS campaign, where none of the logs had been collected.
Grabbed all of them all over again. Once I got #29, both that achievement and all audio logs unlocked. No need for Data Hive.
So let’s say you’re missing 7 or 11, that’s when your achievements will pop. Once you collect that particular number.
So with that, 100% MCC completion. Cheers.

Congrats on your completion. I do want to clarify something regarding your solution. That, “fix,” only applies to people who didn’t get credit for the Audio Logs in the first place. For those of us, myself included, that have them stuck on, “Done, Unlocking…” your fix doesn’t apply. I’ve tried that twice, removed my profile, cleared my saved data, hard reset my XB1 and left it unplugged over night… Nothing can be done on the user end to get stuck achievements to unlock. The only two possible solutions are, 1) The developer releases an update that makes the game resubmit the data to the Xbox Live Servers or 2) Just wait it out… Stuck achievements can take weeks or even months to unlock. Some people claim to still have some XB1 achievements stuck from last year.

This is happening to me and too many other people.
My 13th audio log achievement never popped (unlocked)…says “done, unlocking”. It’s been months in that state. I’ve gotton the audiophile achievement but because the one achievement is stuck, the “Record Store Owner” achievement won’t unlock either. Any ideas on getting stuck achievements to unlock?
My 28th audio log never even registered. I was able to get the 30th (audiophile) but not record store. #28 doesn’t display “done, unlocking” just as if I never got it, I have all circles with arcs in my VISR, I’ve been around the open streets of mombasa plus rally point 4 as most videos show, numerous times. I’ve even re played levels to end up in mombaso and searched all 30 again. I have beaten the game on legendary solo, I am searching solo. It’d be one thing if it said done, unlocking. but its not even registering I have it, not even on this site in my service record. How in the world can I get it!? If I restart a game they’re not there because I have already gotten them all. I have no clue what to do. I wanna continue getting achievements but not if I can’t potentially get them all. I have deleted my profile and hard reset. any and all options and opinions accepted. Thanks in advance!!!

I have all the audio logs entered the room whitch you cant enter until you have them all and still have no achievement
