I know the Multiplayer part of Halo MCC is having big problems but I am having issues with the Campaign and achievements that are Not unlocking. I know it seems secondary but it also needs to be fixed too. I don’t know what to do except leave a message here like most people are doing. Let me explain what has happened to me…
I completed most of the Campaign solo when suddenly achievements were no longer being granted and I stopped playing because I didn’t want to have achievements get glitched on me like what happened with me in Halo 4. Later after reading online about an update being done and delays with achievements not syncing with the game, but these would be fixed and sync up letting them be unlocked. So I later played some more and noticed I could again unlock achievements and gained the one’s that should have unlocked but at the time they did not… except the achievement for completing the level ‘‘two betrayals’’.
I found this strange so I went back and played it through another time on Legendary again and still No achievement… So I played it again this time on easy just speed running through to also get the par time achievement. That one did unlocked for me but the one for just completing the level did NOT… I also played it again on Co-op getting 2 more achievements pertaining to the level ‘‘two betrayals’’ and these DID unlocked for me, yet the achievement for completing the level still did NOT…
I dont know what to do and Its very annoying!! It is preventing me from getting the achievement for completing all campaign levels for Halo CE and I think that applies to another couple achievements that are part of the campaign completion also… Super frustrating!! Been glitched for over about a week now…
Achievements are a big deal to me and I hate how I have to write this hoping that someone with read it to start fixing it or tell me some answers…
They Need a Achievement support department for Xbox that assists with Achievements for any type of game.
The system needs work… Help is too hard to find!
I’m having the same problem, it’s only happened to me on two levels. I completed all the campaigns on legendary and I got the achievement for doing so, but I don’t have the achivments for silent cartographer and high charity. And when I go to look at the completion percentage on the Smartglass app it shows 100%
Completed “Pillar of Autumn” and “Halo” on HaloCE on 11NOV. Achievements have read “Done. Unlocking.” since then. Completed “Outskirts” on Halo2A on 16NOV. Also “Done. Unlocking” since then.
Not sure if the issue is 343 related or Xbox Live related. But I agree with Flawless Chaos , achievements are important to me. Please fix these issues.
My Biggest problem is not knowing if the people that should be aware of these issues are infact aware they exsist. I would just like to know that they are being investigated and resolved. Maybe they scan the articles with lots of “likes”… not exactly sure how they patrol these forums for what is what.

I’ve got the same issue with one achievement (Requiem - Halo 4), and completed the level on launch day, but it has said “Done! Unlocking…” ever since.
A few people have said that this is an Xbox Live issue, NOT MCC, but I do not have this problem with any other game, so I’m not entirely convinced.
If it is a communication between the server and our Xboxes, then it could well be MCC, as the issues could all stem from the online problems that are also affecting matchmaking.
Either way, it needs to get fixed - achievements are what keep me buying XB versions of multi platform games even though I own a PS4 as well. They are important to me.
An official word on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Well since Xbox Live support keep reverting me to these forms I’d say it’s say to assume that it’s down to the MCC, not completely down to Xbox Live or they’d be the one solving the problem plus I also find it odd that this is the only game on the X1 where I’m having this issue. I already uploaded video footage on my Xbox profile proving that I completed all legendary runs by myself while Halo waypoints stats are incorrect so it must be something to do with the game not registering the results or not sending them to Halo waypoint. Made several threads about the campaign bugs but seems 343i more focused on the multiplayer.
Beat two missions on Halo CE last night…didn’t get either Achievement and then the game locked up when I paused it and wouldn’t launch past the splash screen after Quitting and re-opening. =[ Campaign is super borked

I sort of care for matchmaking but at the same time I believe the campaign is more important since that’s the main reason why I love the game, well the multiplayer is just a bonus for after.

I re-tried the stuck achievements I had in Halo 2 after the patch and still nothing. Just says Done! Unlocking… Very frustrating if you ask me
I’m sure this ‘Hunter’ guy just made a separate thread saying the same thing. Anyway I did try the previous patch before and it was stuck in the broken section, just like where stats weren’t even registering correctly.

I completely agree with you. I only care about playing through campaigns but with the achievements being broken it’s frustrating. Just the other night my wife and I played through one of the campaigns on co-op. Nope, didn’t get the achievements. Haven’t tried playing MCC again. Maybe after Thanksgiving I’ll pick it back up
My achievements have finally unlocked. Pillar of Autumn, Halo, and Outskirts popped for me last night while playing a Halo 4 playlist. The dates of unlocking were all jacked up (Pillar of Autumn was completed on Nov 11th, finally unlocked on Dec 9th, and is dated as unlocked on Nov 24th). Whatever. At least they finally unlocked.
Here’s hoping this is progress and others will start seeing achievement relief soon as well.
I also have this problem.
Completed all campaign’s on heroic, but i won’t get the achievements for it, when i look to the achievements i had to get for completing the campaign’s, it says 92 % completed(or something like that). But i double checked the missions and i finished them al on heroic difficulty…
