Glitch with the Suppressor Weapon Skin?

I know that most players don’t use it, but it’s pretty good.

I have the Engineer Spec AND I unlocked the weapon. But for when I go to a match, the blue parts of the skin are gray. And I even dropped the gun to see if the skin was just glitching for First-Person-View, the skin still did not show blue. Is anyone else noticed this (the ones who got through Engineer?)

If there are answers of why this is happening, it would much be appreciated.

Not a glitch, just a mistake, gray is how they finished the weapon.
