Glitch when name changed on xbl

Hello All,

When you change your name on xbox live.
it looks like there is a bug that doesn’t carry over game achievements.
I found this out originally when they did the top 10% of players getting the “halo VIP”
and myself for some reason not getting it but a friend with far less achievements I have getting it. #careface #firstworldproblem but it is annoying.

it shows me as not playing halo 3, halo 2 or halo wars.
even though I have every halo 3 achievement going and played a lot of matchmaking.

Is there a fix for this?

For Halo 3 & Halo Wars, I believe playing one online game will force your stats to update, for Halo 2, I believe on Bungie.net it will automatically catch up soon.

As for game achievements, yes, they do, I changed my name over the weekend, all my achievements carried over, its likely your profile corrupted, delete your profile via the dashboard and redownload it from Xbox LIVE.
