This may have already been adressed but as this forum dosent have a search function I cant check. For those of you who are unaware, theres a glitch spot on Complex where you can crouch jump through the roof of a certain doorway and be a little campy coward, thus making it copletely unplayable on oddball and an extreeme annoyance on flood. It wouldnt be such a big deal if there wasnt always people exploiting it but we all know theyre gunna do it every time. If you dont know where its at, just play flood on it and u’ll see what I mean.
I understand it could take a while to patch it but it will be greatly appreciated when you do
Oh and while im at it, Action Sack please. I need a break from whats basicly slayer in most every match type sometimes
Ill be honest. I have used this glitch before and will be a little sad when it is patched. But yes it has to be patched soon because no one wants to play on complex anymore (and i don’t blame them)
If you are exploiting an obvious glitch, that is your fault.
Not the map designers.

You know full well that what you are doing is not intended and you are exploiting it to gain points in a video game. You can’t win playing fair, so you’re stuck having to cheat.
343 should update the maps so that if you try to exploit it, you are instantly banned.
I hope they fix this. I know about this glitch because I try and make sure I know all the ways people can cheat so I can figure out a way to stop them.
I played a game of “flood” the other day and one person kept going back into the “hidden room” glitch spot on complex and since I know how to get there as well I made it my duty to betray him every time he went into the area.

Yeah im sayyin but unfortunatly most the people playing halo are little kids w/no integrity. I was thinking something along the same lines like if u hop up there it bans u from flood till they fix it. But if I had my way all the kids who boost or use exploits in competive online games just need to have their ip adresses blocked
There’s like 4 other places on the map that I know of that you can do the same exact thing. Some are worse, and let you shoot at people instead of being only stuck behind a wall like that doorway one.
The fix is simple. They still have nutblockers (ie. remember The Pit in h3 how they put a barrier under the ramp so people couldn’t glitch under in Zombies, or blocked off the upper levels on certain variants of it?)
They save in usermaps (the Saved Maps that you create in forge, or that are used as default maps in matchmaking), so all 343 would have to do is enable the hidden forge menu (yes, there is one), and place one right above that doorway. Bam, no one can get in ever again in matchmaking. No need for an update even, since it’s just a different usermap they would replace the current one with in whatever playlist hopper.
