Today, I logged into my account and all of my armor was reset back to the default settings and Reach was treating me as if I was a new player. Even prompting me that 5000 credits had been awarded to my account as a “new noble team member bonus”. What the hell is going on? I’m still General Grade 3, and I still have all of the credits I had from before. But everything has reset otherwise, including every item in the armory showing up with the ever so annoying “NEW!” orange text next to it. Even my emblem has been reset back to default settings. I will be customizing my Spartan back to the way I had her, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Did something happen globally that I’m not aware of? -___-
It’s an extremely common issue, nothing you can do about it, you’ll notice your Campaign history will be gone, to get the levels back, you’ll need to play through the Campaign again.

yeah i’ve had it happen twice now i just thank the halo gods for an extra 5000 Cr and just edit my spartan back, its nothing to worry about.
I lost my recon helmet I got with the game… It’s a sad world.

Go there and look for Standard Edition Bonus Content, redownload it and your Recon helmet should show up in-game again!

This happened to me once when playing through the campaign on legendary. I had two more missions to go and then it got wiped and had to do the whole thing from start ._. Luckily I still kept my rank and armory purchases
I’m not sure but I think the problem was I turned off my console without saving my progress
It happens to me,just erase your profile of your console and download it again,it works for me

It happened to me once, but I reset the system and played it again and everything was back to normal. I was playing it while offline when it happened but I thought that all you had to do is reset the game.
