So, I’m enjoying Infection. But unfortunately, while playing on Backwoods, another player found an exploit on the map that can really sour an entire match if a survivor can successfully camp in there.
The location is in the section of Yard that connects to Lookout and Bridge. There’s a small incline with a tree leaning into Lookout. Normally there are invisible walls, but you can actually get over them
Pictured:
In order to get in there, you need to hug up next to the left side of the tree while crouching, jump, then immediately thrust forward. You get launched into the air and right into the spot. This spot dangerously breaks balance, as it gives any survivor who gets inside a free hiding space that is out of reach of infected. If you don’t know how to get in, you are completely unable to attack the survivor inside.
Pictured:
The infected have a very difficult angle to get over in order to get into the exploit themselves and attack the survivor inside. If the survivor is last man standing, the unlimited ammo and ability to take two sword hits before dying almost guarantees their survival, because of the difficulty in getting into that spot. Now, this spot will only really protect a single survivor. A second survivor on top of the first, even crouching, is vulnerable to infected using their smart-link lunges.

Please, please, PLEASE. Add a hard kill zone to this spot so people can’t use this exploit to practically win entire matches in a single round from the sheer volume of kills it can give. I’m having a blast with Infection, 343, so please make sure this gets fixed so exploits like these won’t ruin the experience.
Cheers!
