Hello, I am quite aggravated right now. Although it isn’t much, I just lost around 27 multiplayer games worth of gameplay. I played around 10 warzone, two free for all, and around 15 swat games. The thing about the swat games is that you would expect to get a qualification at 10 games, correct? That is not what happened. After the 9th game, the server began to fail to “retrieve” my game data, which was shown by it failing to load my stats for that game. However, after rummaging around in the menu, the ranked arena was able to display my 9th/10 game. Satisfied, I headed into another game only to encounter the same problem. Only the number never reached 10 and stayed at 9. I continued to play another game and to no avail. I quit and played mission three of the campaign and when I quit that after dying too many times , I got the achievement “valor recognized,” which is obtained when you qualify, or play ten games, in a ranked gamemode. I was excited to see my rank only to see it stuck again at 9. After this, I reset my xbone, but something weird happened again.
After turning the xbone off and on again, it put me straight to the home screen and did not load the “xbox” animation like it usually does on startup. Careless, I selected halo 5 and this is when disaster happened. It mentioned an error that I fail to recall and the speakers of my TV started to play a lovely tune that sounded like the following: “GRGRGRGRGRGRGRGRGRGRGR.” Not a good thing to hear. Not worrying too much, I reset my xbone once more only to find that all my progress was wiped. I had 2 games played in lone wolf as well as games in other game modes, as stated above, which no longer showed to have existed. I had a KDA of 5.0 in arena and it is now 0. My playtime, games, deaths, kills, everything multiplayer related is now 0. My req points are also zero, where I believe I had close to 5 thousand. I do, however, have my vanity as well as my warzone requisitions. I am extremely aggravated about this. Even though it is around 9 hours of gameplay, it is still very frightening that it may occur again. I was very excited to see what I placed in swat, as I think I did rather well.
Also, when I attempt to access my account on halo waypoint, I get the following error: http://puu.sh/l0nCg/1c569376c8.jpg I even have achievements that prove my game time, and I will be contacting support soon.
