ok so i was watching the live action cinematic that they showed at e3 and I was one character that matched the description of Phillips, orangey brown hair and beard, not in UNSC military gear, he’s older than i thought there but it has been 5 years remember so what do you think, could this be him?

Unless he ends up dying in Thursday War. Maybe it’s him though, but I think it’s a stretch.
