I had been watching the stream during the finals and the Twitch drop had said “Claim” in the chat box instead of the Twitch Notifications. It says that I have it claimed on Twitch however it’s still not showing in-game. Does anyone know how to fix?

Same here I got everything else working in Infinite except BR and trophy charm. Says it’s claim in twitch but doesn’t show up at all in Infinite. Gotten every twitch drops so far so I’m lost on what’s up. I got everything else just fine.

I have the same problem. Always got my claimed twitch drops, got all the ones for this tournament until grand finals. Didn’t get the BR skin or trophy charm even though they’re both claimed in my twitch drops just like all the other Halo items. Checked my redeemed page and they’re not there.

I have the same issue too; it shows that I claimed it in twitch, but I couldn’t find it anywhere in game (not even in the locked coatings)

I have bad feeling they’re not going to address this issue. You definitely get chance to get br again but trophy not so sure. Maybe next year if it’s the same trophy, but who knows.

I got the BR diamond weapon skin however i did not receive the charm we were suppose to receive with it…It shows as claimed on my twitch account but the charm doesn’t show up in game

Same here. 2 of my friends also has the same thing happen. We got all drops except the BR and Charm even though we clicked claim for it

I’m having the same problem. I have every other drop from this weekend but my Gladiator’s Edge BR skin & Trophy charm are not showing in game but show as claimed on twitch. It did take me a couple of weeks for the Primal Glory stance to show up after I got it so I’m hoping the missing drops show up eventually.

I still have not gotten a straight answer. I connected my account 8 months ago and never had a problem till this drop.

Same, this is the only drop that has taken more than a day to update in game… I don’t understand why that is.

I have the issue as well. I know it’s not a problem on my end because hours before I got the diamond armor coating instantly. My account was connected right and is. I have claimed the br skin on twitch but it’s not showing up on my Halo waypoint history or in game. I hate how there’s absolutely no way to contact developers directly or at least email saying this is an issue. As long as you provide proof they should be able to activate on your account. This is complete bs. They released and incomplete game that shouldn’t of came out until 2025 that way we could have level system, color wheel included free like in H3 and Reach in addition to these hyper polished shader colors. So many things wrong with the game it’s unfathomable they’ve messed up this hard and that it’s still called Halo. Really it’s COD repackaged in Halo armor. Their rigged ranked sytem where it puts you where it wants and you can’t move up unless it thinks you should be able too. Lack of classic guns in this game, cross core, forge, co op. Free armors unlocked through a level system. Lack of monthly live service.
To be fair they did not start working on forge until January 2022 meaning they made forge out of scratch in these last 10 months after the games release. That’s why were getting a forge beta one year after release and not a full forge. If they truly had forge ready as they’ve been saying it would have been released at launch. A year in and still don’t have classic weapons, level system, full forge… This game had a really good pvp sytem and graphics. It could have been the best Halo ever had they not gotten greedy and release a Halo Reach quality game as the base game for Infinite and then added MONETIZED armors. That way theres plently of free armor in addition to paid armor. Just so many things wrong this game will not fix its self They should have live service these new guns the repulser, stalker rifle after the game launch and had classic guns like the fuel rod, magnum, DMR, moutained chain gun at the launch.
