Me and my wife have two separate gamer tags but we play halo together on the same screen. I noticed multiple times on the bottom of the screen her stick some one or do a vehicle kill but it awards me with her kills and she gets no credit for it. The game is giving me her kills. One time she got a vehicle kill and a kill from the grave and it gave them to me and I didn’t even die! What’s gives?
Sounds weird lol. Not sure if this will do anything but have you guys tried switching screens? Maybe when you get kills, she may get the credit. 
Also, I think you can check your recent games here and see what medals you’ve received. That may help as well. It may show up on the screen but you/she may still get the credit.

Haven’t seen or heard someone say that in a while. 
No I saved the video of the match on my file share she had two kill from the graves and a vehicle kill to which I had none but at the end of the game I had the medals and she didn’t have any of them. And when we switch screens I does it to me as we’ll. I had a triple kill stick on a warthog and it awarded her with the kills and the medal
I saw this… I was thinking assists… gone neg. K/D wise but my assists were higher then both… but on not gaining points per a kill/assists but giving them to another nvr heard of. Did you shoot at any these things?
You say you both have your own gamertag? who signs in first each time as player 1? your profile or hers? if you haven’t yet, maybe have her sign in first, then you and test if they go to her
I thought you can only have one gamer tag signed in on one Xbox at a time. Am I missing something? Isn’t that the reason why you can sign in guests?
No I was on the other side of the map waiting for the scorpion. And it’s happened other times as well. I had just stuck someone and then reloaded. Went invisible and all of a sudden on her screen a vehicle blows up and she dies and on my screen it says double kill, vehicle kill, kill from the grave
No as long as both gamer tags have a gold account instead of choosing guest you choose the other profile

Nope. If you have 4 unique GT’s on, you can all sign in and play as yourselves on the same Xbox if you want. Provided the playlist allows it, that is.

And I was still alive when it gave it to me
