I use to love talking to players in FFA on Halo, but it has been taken out in this game. Why?
I don’t care if someone calls me out being one shot.
It could be a lie to give other players the strategy to make other players go a specific route, or it could be the truth.
Who knows? Also it added a lot to the competitive field of this game.
I love talking on the mic, and FFA was the only place to talk to enemies.
There are just so many ways to use even psychological strategies on other players, and get the upper hand, when using your voice skills.
I believe they took it out for the reason you just said, people calling out or just being annoying. Another cool feature they removed was the spectating other players. Really useful against campers. But oh well…

No, FFA should be about skill. I don’t want someone deliberately trying to goad me, I’d rather focus on shooting and map awareness. FFA is stressful enough without having some annoying git taunting me.

Yeah me too… and I think that would be a better option for FFA. TBH I’d like it in all game types.

Yeah no thanks. FFA is bad enough as it is in this game… I don’t need people calling me out constantly because they have a grudge against me in the game.
Proximity voice was nice but having idiots calling out oneshots would make FFA more miserable than it already is. It’s nothing but lucky -Yoink- mopping up other people’s work anyway.
