give the Didact his own game(s).

I think the Didact should have is own game/trilogy. By the Didact having his own game we would be able to;

●Be part of the human/forerunner war
●Fight the Flood on a larger scale
●Introduced Mendicant Bias
●Reintroduced the Halos
●Introduced Iso-Didact and other characters from the Forrunner sega.
●See the creation of 343 Guilty Spark
●See the destruction of some of the rings
●See the firing of the rings
●ect

I know a lot of people want a game from the Elites perspective but i dont think that would help bring in new players to the franchise because new players would be lost in the story/timeline. At lest if the Didact had his own story people who havent/wont read the novels will have a chance to experience the back story of the Halos and a way to start over/continue to franchise. Thoughts?

I’d love to see games during the human/forerunner war and forerunner/flood war and while the didact could most definitely be a main character i dont see him in a position were he’d be playable. in the forerunner saga books and the halo 4 terminals it never shows him actually fighting just leading from afar since at these points he’s already the leader of the warrior-servants. i think if they were to do this with a playable forerunner it would likely have to be a promethean under his command.

IMO 343i should release Halo Wars: Origins and the Ur-Didact should be one of the main characters

Wasn’t a lot of that stuff already explained in the Forerunner trilogy books?

I’d rather that things about the Forerunners not be over-explained and milked, as the mystery of them is what I always liked about Halo pre-H4 (still enjoy aspects of H4’s campaign, however). It would feel too much like a cash grab to me.
