I have a perfectly fine game disc no dirt no scratches and when i tried to play i couldnt start the actual campaign, and when you want back your spended money or a new disc no one takes responsibility, i just think that is unacceptable and i demand a replacement

Have you tried the disc on another Xbox OP in case the disc is at fault? Contact your retailer and see if they can help you out with that, though depending on when you bought the game that could be problematic
yes it really is the disc, and since it wasn’t the retailer’s vault they refuse to refund or give me another copy. And honestly, even if they did who says that it isn’t another bad disc. I’m not trying to crack at 343 industries but i read a website dedicated to this very problem and i read there that 56% of the people have the same problem and they can’t solve it.
